Yurts create really versatile spaces. You can hire them for weddings, your birthday party, to host classes and workshops, a big sleepover – the sky is the limit! See our photo gallery for inspiration or check out our instagram.
The site needs to be a flat grassy area, well drained, and free of low hanging branches and cables. If you're unsure about the site you have in mind or it is on hardstanding, just get in touch and we’ll have a chat.
This differs according to the yurt size you choose. Take a look at our price list for our most up to date hire prices. Our standard price is for 3-day hire, if you wish to hire for longer, please get in touch as we love longer hires too.
Yes, we hire our yurts out all year round and can provide a heater for you. They make excellent grotto’s for Santa, cosy dining experiences and are perfect for a New Years Eve party.
We provide a waterproof sheet with a reusable DandyduraTM matting on top. This creates a waterproof barrier so no-one’s feet get wet!
Dandydura looks very similar to coir matting but is durable and much easier to keep clean.
Yes you can, just run it by us first. We also hire lighting and some decor items to save you some hassle, see our extras page for more info.
We love animals, especially dogs and we know how much it means to our customers to have pets be a part of your special event; we only ask that any animals are kept under control near the yurt and not left unsupervised in the yurt.
Due to risk of damage to the yurts, we ask that any booking sites are clear of livestock.
It depends if you want your guests seated or standing, please see our yurts page for numbers. Our numbers are a guide; however for safety reasons we do strongly advise you don’t exceed the numbers.
It usually takes us 3 to 5 hours and is best done during daylight hours.
As we don’t have a permanent site, this can be tricky; however get in touch and we’ll try our best to arrange for you to view the yurts. Our photo gallery shows the yurts in all their glory so it’s a good place to start.
In the summer months, a heater isn’t always needed as yurts are designed to retain heat and circulate air. In the colder months, we'd recommend a heater to keep everyone nice and cosy. We can add a heater to any of our yurt packages so get in touch to chat to us about it.

We do have minimum tent numbers based on the location of your event. Get in touch with us and we'll be able to chat through what this is. We no longer do single tent bookings.

Our 5m chill out tent seats up to 8 people comfortably on beanbags and cushions.
Our 4m bell tent comes with airbeds for 2 as standard. Another person can fit in comfortably and it can sleep 4 as a maximum but this reduces the space available for bags and belongings.
Our Emperor bell tent comes with airbeds for 8 as standard. Another 2 people can fit in comfortably but this reduces the space available for bags and belongings.

All lighting in the bell tents is battery powered so no electricity is required. Some guest choose to bring powerbanks for their phones but most take the time to switch off and enjoy the moment!
