Bell Tent and Yurt Staff

North Sky Yurts is a Yurt and Bell Tent Hire business based in North Leeds providing magical spaces for events that don’t cost the Earth. We’re now looking for a team to join us for the summer 2024 season. If you like working outside, being active and providing a great service for customers, then this is for you. We work at some amazing venues across Yorkshire along with our own hen camps in Leeds and get to meet great customers and suppliers.

We are looking for part-time bell tent and yurt staff to complete a weekly changeover at our hen camps. All hours will need to be completed on Mondays or Tuesdays and shifts for the summer season will be provided in advance. There may also be mobile hire shifts available for the right candidate.

Work is on a casual basis but there are plenty of shifts available with the possibility of more as bookings come through. Length of shift can vary but is usually 5 to 8 hours. Lots of things can impact how long a job will take including traffic, weather and ground conditions so we do not have set finish times: flexibility is important.

"I worked two summers with NSY and loved every day, Becca and Charlotte always bring the good vibes no matter the weather!

Working with NSY gave me the opportunity to enjoy flexible working outdoors in the summer, helped me build my fitness, and enabled me to visit so many scenic places and venues I had never been to.

My favourite part of the job was always the picnic lunches in the sunshine at all of the lovely venues we visited, chatting and getting to know everyone on the team! ”
